1. Non-Refundable Fees
 
a. Nomination Fees
 
Nomination fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
 
b. Conference Fees
 
Conference registration fees are non-refundable after registration is completed, regardless of the participant’s inability to attend the event.
•Events are scheduled and planned as per the discretion of Global Empire Events Limited.
•If a participant decides not to attend, it will be considered a personal decision, and no refund will be issued for the nomination or conference fees.
 
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
 
In the rare event of cancellation or postponement of an event by Global Empire Events Limited:
1.Participants will be notified at the earliest possible time.
2.A suitable alternative date or location may be provided.
3.Refunds may be considered only if the event is canceled without the possibility of rescheduling, and such refunds will be processed solely at the discretion of Global Empire Events Limited.
 
3. Transfers of Registration
 
If a participant is unable to attend an event, they may:
•Request the transfer of their registration to another individual.
•This request must be submitted in writing at least [7/14] days before the event and is subject to approval by Global Empire Events Limited.
 
4. Exceptions
 
Refunds or adjustments may only be provided under the following exceptional circumstances:
•A double payment error made during registration (proof required).
•An event is canceled without rescheduling or an alternative solution.
 
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 30 business days after written approval and confirmation from our team.
 
5. No Show Policy
 
Failure to attend an event for any reason without prior written notice will be classified as a “No Show,” and no refunds or credits will be provided.
 
6. Changes to Events
 
Global Empire Events Limited reserves the right to modify event schedules, locations, speakers, or any other aspect of the event at its discretion. These changes do not entitle participants to a refund unless otherwise specified by us.
 
7. Compliance with UK and Indian Laws
 
This Refund Policy is in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Kingdom and India. In case of any legal disputes, the jurisdiction will be based on the specific Global Empire Events Limited office handling the event in question.
